Molecular Media Project

http://www.swin.edu.au/maths/molecularmediaproject/molecularmedia.htm

More madness to wrap your mind around....experiments with nanotech involving nothing more than media (cd and dvd) coated with fungus and foods/colas.
Should we be paying more and more attention to the "glitch" phenomenon? Methinks so.

From the above site:

"Therefore, molecular computing is a practical use of nanotechnology for generating glitch and error. However, it differs from traditional cut-and-paste technique or granular synthesis by exploiting chaos, self-organisation and emergence at the resolution limit of the digital bits that make-up sound!""

There is something here and it relates directly to Frank (I will explain Frank in another post so don't worry if you are confused)
Self-organisation and emergence are at the basis of the mystery of what we like to call LIFE.
We (humans) think we *know* LIFE when we *see* LIFE.

Is that so?

Check the clips of the nanotech dance and start to ask the questions that are haunting you from just beyond your peripheral beliefs....
